整機性能特點

1.該機器主要用于將各種金屬絲，金屬線，如鐵線，不銹鋼線等，加工成“波浪形”，“鋸齒形”， 或者“之”及“Z”字形。

2.廣泛用于置物架邊，衣柜底網架花邊的加工生產，及各種五金家電、照明燈飾、家居、裝飾、工藝品等。

3.其采用先進微電腦及PLC控制系統，調節方便快捷。可獨立控制各系統動作，生產過程中可自由調整產品加工尺寸。

4.在設定生產數量后，機器可自動完成設定的產量，減少用工數量，增加自動化程度。

5.雙液壓缸，齒輪傳動，運行平穩，尺寸精度高，誤差：每十節≤1mm。

6.根據客戶需求，鐵線的波高與波長可根據用戶需要定制，滿足各種產品需要。
